“We initially spoke with Suzanne M at the Home and Garden show in February. She helped us reimaging our kitchen and came up with an amazing design that took into consideration our needs and wants. When it came time to the installation, Rodney was meticulous in the installation. Scott (one of the owners) came by several times over the 3 days to help, clean up the garbage and packaging from the products. Rob (project manager) followed up after the installation. We had a minor issue when the granite counter top was installed, but Rob came right away to check what happened, and had the problem fixed within 24 hours. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience as we were treated with courtesy and respect throughout the entire process. Renovating is a stressful experience, but Ekko made it less so with their competent, professional staff. ”

“We found Ekko at the Home Show and liked that they are a smaller, family run business. Suzanne, a designer, came out to our home and listened and brainstormed with us for a couple of hours. She presented us a design 2 weeks later that we loved. Other outfits will not even discuss design with you unless you put down a deposit and commit to the job. Suzanne was excellent to work with. She explained the whole process, fit our requests and ideas into the design, and recommended a general contractor that was also excellent. The beautiful cabinets arrived on time and in good shape. The install took a little longer than expected but the job was done well. We had a small issue with the quartz counter install which Ekko rectified within a couple of days. They were attentive and committed to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our new kitchen.”
