Product warranty should be your source of comfort
Our warranty only covers products and materials supplied by our cabinet suppliers to the original purchaser or homeowner. We warrant our installations for a period of 1 year. Our “Columbia” products have a lifetime warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Our “Urban Effects” products hold a similar warranty for a period of 10 years. These are limited warranties that apply only to the repair and replacement of defective parts and materials. These warranties do not apply to any wood products shipped unfinished, or when there has been misuse, abuse, or neglect. It also does not include issues related to the natural tendencies of wood itself or by environmental conditions which are out of our control (e.g warping, expansion, or contraction caused by uncontrolled humidity changes). Service charges may apply on non-warranty service calls.
